Adipose Boatworks takes pride in building our boats and we stand behind them! We offer a lifetime warranty on our boats to original owners. This warranty is good for Punctures, Leaks, Defects or Failures to the hull on all boats built by Adipose Boatworks. All of our boats are WARRANTIED to the original owner against manufactures defects. What we do not cover: damages that are caused by sinking, motor vehicle accidents, natural disaster, or if our boat is altered or modified by someone other than Adipose Boatworks without authorization. Repairs due to negligence, improper care or long term wear and tear will be fixed at a reduced and reasonable rate. All repairs due to manufactures defect will be at no cost. Adipose Boatworks will restore your boat to original condition. We will repair our boats in a timely manor we know how much that means to you and we will do our best to get you back on the water ASAP. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Paleblue, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited lifetime warranty, covering manufacturing defects and failures during normal use. Paleblue offers a Limited Lifetime warranty on all Paleblue batteries purchased from www.paleblueearth.com or otherwise registered through Paleblue’s online registration process, on purchases made on or after September 15, 2022. This warranty covers failures due to manufacturer’s defects. At Paleblue’s discretion, we may choose to provide customers’ valid claims with refunds, replacements, or store credit. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, neglect, or intentional or unintentional misuse or abuse including exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as rain or submersion in water or excessive heat or thermal cycling. Warranty does not include free shipping, customers may be required to pay shipping of replacement product. Warranty period for charging cables is 1 year.
